We print onto 100% cotton Gildan shirts, and try to choose Gildan products where ever possible.

Please email or phone us with your issue as we maybe able to fix this easily. E.g. if an item has been missed from your order, we can get that sent out for you asap. If there is an issue with one of your garments, please use your returns form to advise what the issue is and send it back to us then once we’ve received this we send you a replacement asap.

The business phone will be monitored between 10am – 6pm GMT, however our emails maybe be monitored outside those hours in busy periods.

Please feel free to give us a call as we can take small orders over the phone or also by email. We’ll then send you an invoice to your email, the number of which needs to be quoted when paying. Bank transfer and Paypal accepted. 

This will usually be caused by our supplier being out of stock, this is usually rectified within a few days but contact us if it’s urgent as we can attempt to source items elsewhere.

Yes, as long as the order is not already with our courier. If this is the case please follow our returns policy. Please email us with your order number and we will get that refunded in full to you.

Yes, please email us with your order number and the amendments you would like to make. We will then send you a new invoice with the updated payment/credit. If payment is required please do this asap so we can ship the order to you.

Yes, all orders come with a confirmation email. If you don’t receive one please feel free to email or call us so we can check your order is correct and processed.
